      <image:caption>Poster artwork: James White Logos by: BLOOD + CHROME Motion Graphics For this project, I also created the game's loading screens in AfterEffects. These should express the theme of the world. I used artwork created by the concept artists, created depth and added effects to the videos. It was a challenge to keep them short and seamless to avoid large video sizes. The effects used, like displacements and chromatic aberrations, were used to create a glitch effect.  </image:caption>

I'm currently the UI Art Director at HundredStar Games and have been creating user experiences for games for over 15 years, with a background in graphic design and illustration. Before joining HundredStar, I was the Lead UI Artist at Rocksteady Studios, where I worked on Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Prior to that, I spent several years at Ubisoft RedLynx in Helsinki, starting as a UI Artist before progressing to Senior UI Artist and eventually 2D Art Team Manager. During my time there, I worked on Trials Fusion, its post-launch expansions, and Trials of the Blood Dragon. I've been working in the games industry since 2011, after beginning my creative career as a graphic designer and freelance illustrator in 2005. Throughout that time, I've enjoyed bringing together visual design, usability, and implementation to create experiences that are both intuitive and engaging for players. In 2020, I was honoured to be shortlisted for the Women in Games Awards' Creative Impact of the Year category. I've also had the privilege of serving as a BAFTA Games Awards juror, contributing to the Multiplayer category in 2020 and 2023, and the Artistic Achievement category in 2026. When I'm not making games, I’m usually drawing, experimenting with new creative projects, or exploring ways to tell stories through art.
